Description ( English )
Fen communities of calcareous wet dune slacks of northern France, Belgium, the Netherlands and the North Sea coast of Germany dominated by sedges, in particular, [Carex trinervis], [Carex scandinavica], or by [Juncus anceps], with no or little [Schoenus nigricans] and with, among a number of characteristic accompaniers, [Juncus subnodulosus], [Parnassia palustris], [Gentianella amarella], [Herminium monorchis], [Epipactis palustris].
