Formations of Carex nigra, Carex trinervis, Carex x timmiana, Juncus anceps, Juncus subnodulosus and introduced Vaccinium macrocarpum, restricted to wet, peaty, acidified dune slacks of the North Sea coast of France and the Netherlands and of the Dutch and German North Sea islands. This unit is related to B1.83.
