Lower altitude heaths on the confines of Galicia and Leon, characteristic of slightly more uniform and humid climates than those of unit F4.2442, dominated by Erica cinerea, accompanied by Calluna vulgaris, Chamaespartium tridentatum, Erica umbellata, Halimium umbellatum and Mediterranean elements such as Lavandula stoechas ssp. pedunculata, Thymus mastichina.
