Description (English)

Deep soil, acidocline sub-Mediterranean xeric grasslands of the Adriatic façade of the Balkan peninsula, characteristic of clearings of the submontane hop-hornbeam beech woods with Hypochoeris maculata, Pedicularis acaulis, Linum narbonense, Carex montana, and a number of acidophilous species, such as Calluna vulgaris.
