Description (English)
Acidophilous or acidocline snow-patch communities of boreal and arcto-alpine mountains of Scandinavia, Iceland, the Faeroes and the Scottish Highlands forming a low, often open, turf of mat- and cushion-forming herbs, short tufted grasses and bryophyte patches.
