Description (English)

Watercourses that cease to flow for part of the year, leaving a dry bed or pools. Habitats of the dry phase are treated under C3.5, C3.6 and C3.7. Vegetation communities may be of Paspalo-Agrostidion, Parvopotamion or Sparganio-Glycerion fluitantis.
