Extensive calcicolous beech forests of the montane level of the Pollino system (southern Italy), with Lathyrus venetus, Daphne laureola, Melica uniflora, Ranunculus brutius, Geranium versicolor, Doronicum orientale, Calamintha grandiflora, Epipactis microphylla, Epipactis gracilis, Epipactis pollinensis, Monotropa hypopitys.
