Description (English)

Forests of Quercus petraea s.l., Quercus robur and Carpinus betulus, usually with Tilia tomentosa, of the plateaux and eastern Carpathian foothills of Moldavia, of the Dobrojea plateau, of the plateaux, Southern Carpathian foothills and, locally, plains of Muntenia and Oltenia, west to the western Getic piedmont, characterized by a cortège richer in sub-Mediterranean or sub-Pontic species than that of the forests of unit G1.A1C1.
