Description (English)

Meso-, or sometimes thermo-, mediterranean garrigues of the western Mediterranean basin rich in calciphile Lavandula latifolia or, occasionally, Lavandula angustifolia; almost pure fields of Lavandula latifolia may form, in particular, as a facies of calcareous grasslands.
