Overijssel 2011-03-01 2013-12-31 Het onderzoek gaat uit van het vangen en zenderen van hennen met kuikens. De hennen worden in maart tot en met april (vóór de broedfase) gevangen door middel van vangkooitjes en voorzien van een lichtgewicht VHF-halsbandzender. In juni worden kuikens gevangen door middel van een schepnet of licht sleepnet, en voorzien van een klein plakzendertje. De gezenderde dieren worden in de kuikenperiode dagelijks en daarbuiten minder frequent gevolgd door middel van kruispeilingen op afstand.
