Facies with Pollicipes cornucopiae
Description (English)
This facies is very rare in Mediterranean. The characteristic species is the Cirriped (Barnacle) Pollicipes pollicipes (Pollicipes cornucopiae), living on rocky walls in areas with pure waters exposed to extremely rough waves.
