Description (English)
Dry calcicolous grasslands of Carboniferous Limestone outcrops of Wales and the Mendips, extending locally to hard Chalk formations of the Isle of Wight and of the neighbouring southern English mainland, with Festuca ovina, Koeleria macrantha, Carex flacca, Briza media, Avenula pubescens, Avenula pratensis, Festuca rubra, Carlina vulgaris, Sanguisorba minor, Thymus praecox, Hieracium pilosella, Lotus corniculatus, Plantago lanceolata, Helianthemum nummularium, Helianthemum canum, Scilla verna.
