Closed mesophile grasslands of Atlantic and, locally, of sub-Atlantic, middle Europe, mostly characteristic of the nemoral zone, extending north to the boreonemoral zone and, locally, to the boreal zone, formed by Agrostis spp. and Festuca spp.
