Description (English)

Mesophile, mostly closed, vigorous, often grazed or mowed, grasslands on deep soils of the subalpine and lower alpine levels of the Alps, Pyrenees, locally of the Jura and other ranges. Vegetation typically of alliance Daphno-Festucetea.
