Helleno-Balkanic Trojan oak forests

Description (English)

Usually low formations dominated by Quercus trojana, often with junipers or maples, of Macedonia, Thrace and Thessaly, north to Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and the the North Macedonia, in the Vardar valley.
