Description (English)

Subcontinental, xerophile-thermophile wooded steppe oak woods on leached chernozem soils of low hills and plains of southern and southeastern Romania and northeastern Bulgaria, with Quercus pedunculiflora, Acer tataricum, Pyrus pyraster in the tree layer, Crataegus monogyna, Ligustrum vulgare in the shrub layer and Vincetoxicum hirundinaria (Cynanchum vincetoxicum), Pulmonaria mollis, Thalictrum minus, Fragaria viridis, Teucrium chamaedrys, Viola hirta, Buglossoides purpurocaerulea (Lithospermum purpurocaeruleum) in the herb layer.
