Description (English)
Woods of the Ostryo-Carpinion orientalis region of the western Balkan peninsula, developed in the supra-Mediterranean level of the Triestine Riviera, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, northern Albania, dominated by Carpinus orientalis.
