Boreo-Atlantic cranesbill birch forests
Description (English)
Herb-rich woods and thickets of Betula pubescens ssp. czerepanovii occupying relatively rich mull sandy moraine soils in climatically favourable regions of western Norway and Iceland, with affinities to the oro-Scandinavian calcicline mountain birch woods of unit T1C1425.
