Alpine heaths of the boreal mountains of Scandinavia, with Juniperus nana, Empetrum hermaphroditum, Loiseleuria procumbens, Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, Vaccinium spp., Arctostaphylos alpinus, dwarf Salix spp., Betula nana and elements of alpine flora.
