Alpine green alder scrub
Description (English)
Green alder (Alnus viridis ssp. viridis)-dominated formations, rich in tall herbs, of the subalpine and lower alpine belts of the Alps, on slopes with a good water-holding capacity, mostly on siliceous soils.
