Carpathian Pinus mugo scrub
Description (English)
Pinus mugo scrub of the Carpathians, where they form a separate vegetation altitudinal zone. Additional trees and shrubs are Pinus cembra, Ribes petraeum, Sorbus aucuparia, Salix silesiaca, herbs Homogyne alpina, Vaccinium myrtillus, Adenostyles alliariae, Calamagrostis villosa, Luzula sylvatica and endemic species, e.g. Soldanella carpatica.
