Description (English)

Shrub communities of nemoral affinities. They include deciduous and evergreen scrubs of the nemoral zone, and deciduous scrubs of the submediterranean and supramediterranean zones. Excluded are heathlands with dominant Ericaceae S4, and the typically mediterranean maquis S5, garrigue S6 and phrygana S7.
