Illyrian sub-Mediterranean screes
Description (English)
Thermophile calcareous screes of the upper mesomediterranean and supra-Mediterranean Orno-Quercetum ilicis and Ostryo-Carpinion adriaticum levels of the Triestine Karst, Istria, Balkan Peninsula, including the Dalmatian coast, Montenegro and Albania. Typical species: Dianthus petraeus, Corydalis ochroleuca, Peltaria alliacea, Drypis spinosa ssp. jacquiniana, Malcolmia serbica, Galium corrudifolium, Teucrium chamaedrys, Geranium robertianum.
