Sarcopoterium bathas
Description (English)
Thorny cushion formations of the Levant and southern Anatolia dominated by Sarcopoterium spinosum on calcareous substrates, including terra rossa, rendzina or sand, typically on hills near the coast; there is often a significant participation of annuals.
