Description (English)

Dry calcicolous grasslands of northern England, characteristic mostly of Carboniferous or Magnesian limestone substrates in the Pennines of Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Lancashire, the Lake District and Durham, including Teesdale, rich in Sesleria albicans and with many isolated populations of restricted or rare plants.
