Description (English)
Continuous pastureland of Euro-Siberian Europe, Atlantic Iberia and the Cordillera Central, the Apennines and the supra-Mediterranean zone of the Balkan peninsula and Greece, unrelieved by networks of ditches. Cynosurus cristatus is usually present.
