Abies pinsapo forests
Description (English)
Fir or fir-cedar forests dominated by relict species of Abies, including forests of Abies pinsapo, Abies marocana, Abies numidica, Abies cilicica or Abies nebrodensis, distributed along the rim of the southern Mediterranean basin, well outside the range of beech.
