Description (English)
Athalassic (inland) brackish, saline or hypersaline lakes, ponds or pools of the boreal, nemoral and arctic zones, including, in particular, the great brackish lakes of northern Europe (Ladoga), the ponds and pools associated with the inland salt communities of unit D6.1 and the waterbodies adjacent to the Yakutian salt steppes of unit E6.2 .
