Central Balkan ash-oak-alder forests
Description (English)
Inland longos forests of the Maritsa and Tundzha river systems, drier, of poorer species composition and fewer lianas than the coastal longos forests of unit G1.22322; they harbour the rare, local endemic Colchicum diampolis and the Pheasant, Phasianus colchicus, native to this region.
