Description (English)

Mesotrophic quaking mires and floating mats of the Palaearctic domaine, mostly characteristic of the boreal region, dominated by Carex lasiocarpa associated with sphagna and brown mosses, in particular with the mesotrophic species Sphagnum subsecundum, Sphagnum contortum, Drepanocladus revolvens.
