Calcicolous open grasslands of the lower alpine and subalpine levels of the eastern Carpathians formed by Festuca amethystina, with Bellardiochloa violacea, Carex sempervirens, Allium ochroleucum, Phyteuma orbiculare, Biscutella laevigata, Linum perenne ssp. extraaxillare (Linum extraaxillare), Festuca saxatilis.
