Description (English)

Lime-oak forests of Central and Eastern Europe developed in regions of continental climate east of the range of Fagus sylvatica, but within that of Carpinus betulus, in Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia, with Quercus petraea, Quercus robur, Tilia cordata, Acer platanoides, Carpinus betulus.
