Illyrian calcicline sessile oak-hornbeam forests
Description (English)
Forests of Quercus petraea, sometimes mixed with Quercus robur or Quercus cerris, and Carpinus betulus occupying limestones and rendzinas, often on skeletal soils, in the basins of the Drava and Sava, north to the hills of southwestern Transdanubia and the upper Drava basin of southern Carinthia.
