Atlantic Juncus gerardii saltmeadows
Description (English)
Often species-rich, closed, flowery, upper level salt meadows of the Atlantic and its connected seas, dominated by, or rich in, Juncus gerardi. Glaux maritima can dominate facies, forming thick carpets, in particular, in pioneer situations.
