The EUNIS habitat classification review is on-going. Four groups are pending review: Inland waters, Wetlands, Constructed, industrial and other artificial habitats and Complexes.-
M : Marine benthic habitats (MA-MG)

R : Grasslands and lands dominated by forbs, mosses or lichens

S : Heathland, scrub and tundra

T : Forest and other wooded land

T1 : Deciduous broadleaved forest

T11 : Temperate Salix and Populus riparian forest

T12 : Alnus glutinosa-Alnus incana forest on riparian and mineral soils

T121 : Riverine Fraxinus - Alnus forest, wet at high but not at low water

T122 : Boreal and boreonemoral Alnus forests
